# Analytics

> Understand your event performance with conversion funnels, referrers, and arrival data.

Drumtix tracks detailed analytics at both the organisation level and per event.

## Organisation analytics

Go to **Analytics** in the main navigation for cross-event KPIs:

* Revenue, tickets sold, page views, conversion rate
* Revenue trend over time (daily / weekly / monthly)
* Top events by revenue
* Day-of-week distribution

## Event analytics

Open any event and go to the **Analytics** tab for event-specific data.

### Conversion funnel

Tracks buyers through the full journey:

1. **Page views** — unique visitors to your event page
2. **Started checkout** — began the purchase flow
3. **Completed** — paid for tickets
4. **Scanned in** — physically arrived at the event

Drop-off between steps highlights where to focus optimisation effort.

### Referrers

See where your buyers came from — Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google, direct, and others. Use this to evaluate which promotional channels drive the most sales.

### Purchase timing

Shows when buyers purchased relative to the event date — from 30+ days before down to purchases made at the door. Useful for planning when to run promotions.

### Arrival curve

A 30-minute bucket breakdown of when attendees scanned in. Shows peak arrival time and how quickly the queue cleared.

### Geography

Postcode-level breakdown of where your buyers are located.

## Analytics availability

* Analytics for active and recent events are available on all plans
* Analytics for events that ended more than 90 days ago require a **Pro** plan

## Exporting

Click **Export CSV** on the Analytics tab to download the data for any date range.
