The Customers section gives you a unified view of everyone who has ever bought a ticket from you.

What you’ll see

Each customer row shows:
  • Display name and email
  • Number of events attended
  • Date of last purchase
Click a customer to open their profile, which shows their full order history across all your events.

Tagging customers

Tags let you label customers for segmentation — for example, “VIP”, “Press”, or “Regular”. Tags can be used to target campaign broadcasts. To tag a customer:
  1. Open their profile
  2. Click Add Tag
  3. Select an existing tag or create a new one
Manage your tag library under Settings → Tags.

Searching and filtering

Use the search bar to find customers by name or email. Filters let you narrow by event attendance or tag.
