Archiving an event

Archiving is the standard way to close out a past event. Archived events:
  • Are removed from your active events list
  • Can be viewed under the Archived filter
  • Retain all orders, analytics, and financial data
  • Cannot be restored to Published directly (contact support if needed)
Archive an event from Event Settings → Danger Zone → Archive Event.

Cancelling an event

Cancelling an event triggers automatic refunds to all ticket buyers. Use this only if the event will not take place.
Cancellation is irreversible. All tickets will be refunded and the event cannot be reopened.
Cancel from Event Settings → Danger Zone → Cancel Event.

Deleting an event

Deleting permanently removes the event and all associated order data. This action cannot be undone.
Only delete events that have no orders. If tickets have been sold, archive or cancel the event instead.
