Campaigns are a Pro feature.
Use campaigns to send email or SMS broadcasts to your audience — for example, announcing a new event, sharing a lineup update, or promoting early bird tickets.

Creating a broadcast

  1. Go to Campaigns → Broadcasts in the main navigation
  2. Click New Broadcast
  3. Choose the channel: Email or SMS
  4. Write your message
  5. Select your recipient segment (all customers, attendees of a specific event, etc.)
  6. Choose to Send Now or schedule for a future date and time
  7. Confirm

Campaign states

Segments

Segments let you target a subset of your audience. Go to Campaigns → Segments to create reusable audience groups based on purchase history, event attendance, or customer tags.

Cancelling a scheduled broadcast

Open the broadcast and click Cancel before the scheduled send time. Cancellation is not possible once a broadcast is in the Sending state.
