Drumtix uses Stripe Connect to process card payments on your behalf and deposit revenue directly into your bank account. You must connect a Stripe account before you can publish a paid event.

How to connect

  1. Go to Settings → Payments in your dashboard
  2. Click Connect with Stripe
  3. You’ll be redirected to Stripe to sign in or create an account
  4. Grant Drumtix permission to process payments on your behalf
  5. You’ll be redirected back to Drumtix once connected
If you already have a Stripe account, sign in with your existing credentials. Drumtix does not create a new Stripe account on your behalf.

Payout timing

Stripe typically pays out to your bank account on a 2-day rolling basis after a charge is made. Your first payout may take 7–14 days while Stripe verifies your account. Payout schedules can be configured directly in your Stripe dashboard.

Fee structure

Drumtix charges a platform fee per ticket sold, on top of Stripe’s standard processing fees. You can review the full fee breakdown under Settings → Payments or on the pricing page. Fees are deducted automatically at the time of each transaction — you receive the net amount.

Troubleshooting

I don’t see the Connect button — Make sure you’re signed in as the organisation Owner or Admin. Stripe says my account needs more information — Log in to your Stripe dashboard and complete any outstanding verification steps Stripe requires.
