The guest list lets you add attendees who won’t be purchasing tickets — press, VIPs, performers, or complimentary entries.

Adding a guest

  1. Open your event and go to the Guest List tab
  2. Click Add Guest
  3. Enter the guest’s name and optionally their email
  4. Save

Bulk import

To add multiple guests at once:
  1. Click Import CSV
  2. Download the CSV template
  3. Fill in guest names (and optionally emails)
  4. Upload the completed file

Checking in a guest at the door

Via the check-in app:
  1. Open the event in the check-in app
  2. Tap Guest List
  3. Search by name
  4. Tap Mark Arrived
Via the dashboard: You can also check in guests directly from the Guest List tab in the event dashboard by clicking Check In next to their name.

Exporting the guest list

Click Export CSV on the Guest List tab to download the full list with check-in status.

Removing a guest

Click the remove icon next to the guest’s name. Removing a guest before the event prevents them from being checked in.
