Drumtix processes all payments via Stripe Connect. When a buyer pays for a ticket, Stripe collects the payment, deducts fees, and transfers the remainder to your connected Stripe account on a rolling basis.

Fee breakdown

For each ticket sold, the following fees are deducted before you receive the payout:
  • Stripe processing fee — typically 1.5% + 25p for UK cards (varies by card type)
  • Drumtix platform fee — see Pricing

Changing your payout schedule

Log in to your Stripe dashboard and navigate to Settings → Payouts to adjust the frequency (daily, weekly, monthly).

Door cash payments

Cash collected at the door is recorded in Drumtix but is not processed through Stripe — it goes directly to you. Cash revenue appears in your event financials as a separate line item.

Door card payments (Terminal)

If you use a Stripe Terminal card reader at the door, those payments are processed through Stripe and follow the same payout timeline as online sales.
