Creating your organisation
When you sign up for Drumtix, you’ll be guided through onboarding to create your organisation. Your organisation is the top-level entity that owns all your events, customers, and settings.- Go to app.drumtix.com and sign up
- Enter your organisation name and details
- Connect your Stripe account to receive payouts — see Connect Stripe
Organisation roles
Drumtix supports multiple users per organisation with different access levels:| Role | Access |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access to all settings, billing, and events |
| Admin | Full event management, no billing access |
| Doorstaff | Check-in app access for assigned events only |
