Creating your organisation

When you sign up for Drumtix, you’ll be guided through onboarding to create your organisation. Your organisation is the top-level entity that owns all your events, customers, and settings.
  1. Go to app.drumtix.com and sign up
  2. Enter your organisation name and details
  3. Connect your Stripe account to receive payouts — see Connect Stripe

Organisation roles

Drumtix supports multiple users per organisation with different access levels:
RoleAccess
OwnerFull access to all settings, billing, and events
AdminFull event management, no billing access
DoorstaffCheck-in app access for assigned events only
