Ticket tiers let you offer different ticket types for the same event — for example Early Bird, General Admission, and VIP.

Creating a tier

  1. Open your event and go to the Tickets tab
  2. Click Add Tier
  3. Set:
    • Name — e.g. “Early Bird”, “GA”, “VIP”
    • Price — set to £0 for free tickets
    • Quantity — total number of tickets available for this tier
  4. Click Save
The tier is active immediately if the event is published.

Editing a tier

Click on any tier to edit its name, price, or quantity. You can increase quantity at any time. Reducing quantity below the number already sold is not permitted.

Deactivating a tier

Toggle a tier off to stop sales on that tier without deleting it. Tickets already sold remain valid.

Sold-out behaviour

When a tier’s quantity is fully sold, it automatically shows as Sold Out on the event page. Buyers cannot purchase sold-out tiers.

Release schedules (Pro)

Release schedules let you automatically activate tiers at a specific date/time, or when a prior tier sells out. See Release Schedules.
